PRECISION STEEL SHEETS

Since the very beginning sheets are not only the original characteristic of HFS, but more importantly the plates have developed into a vital part of our product spectrum. On two cut-to-length lines, one plate shear and our new AMADA Hydraulic shear we are able to cut varying grades of metal with optimal planeness, precisely, and to the required length and width. Thanks to our unique machinery, cutting can take place on any of our machines resulting in the same quality regardless of which machine is in use.

On our Cut-to-length line and plate-shear machine (NEW: AMADA “SCHNEIDZENTRUM”)
we are able to cut precision steel sheets with the following parameters:

SLIT STRIPS

With an extensive assortment of coils, we are able to provide our customers very short production and delivery times. Our slit strips are cut with highly-specialised modern machinery ensuring our customers not only continuous quality but also clean and error free edges to the tightest of tolerances, whilst also guaranteeing faultless surface quality.

Whether hot-rolled or cold-rolled, hot-dipped galvanised or electrogalvanized, hot-dip aluminised or coated, we deliver coils, slits and trimmed wideband in varying finishes to the highest of quality.

We are able to offer slit strips within the following parameters:

The processing can be carried out with a width of up to 300 mm with rounded edges. We supply slit strips in bars up to a length of 7000 mm.

Besides supplying our own products, we also have capacities for processing your materials as contract manufacturing orders in both sheet and slits. Also now available for aluminium.
